Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All of North America receives free shipping when you place an order of $200 or more. For transactions under $200, a set $8 charge is all that is required.

This cost cannot be reimbursed.

Processing time: 

We have 24 to 48 business hours as processing time for goods that are in stock. For preorders, please allow 1 to 2 weeks of processing time. We'll do our best to have them at your doorstep as early as possible. 

Returns:

Retail Purchases:

Within 14 days following the delivery date, unopened items may be returned. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packing. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, you can return it for a new one. Simply inform us immediately.

We do not cover the shipping fees when you return items that have not been used. Before you decide to send it back to us, kindly inform us of the reason for the return. We will examine the returned items and complete your refund within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Note: If the package is opened after the item(s) are received but not used, a 10% deduction will be applied from the total refund amount. Products that have not been used or opened will be fully refunded.

Member, Gem-Mover, Purchases:

Once the member discount has been achieved and a product has been ordered and delivered, returns and exchanges will be handled by the Gemma USA member support office rather than the My Gemma USA store. Due to bonus and commission payments, Member Package returns and refunds are occasionally not allowed. It is possible to make an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is not covered by the member support office.
